We are a drilling and blasting company as well as a rocksplitting company , we are new to Dragonfly, they are very organized and responsive, clearly with the customer in mind, they called uus on a friday , we showed up on saturday, machine was on site, layout was perfect, the super on the site knew what was going, gave us access and elevations.We were good to go, nice experience for us, but not completly we still had do drill and split the rock, please have no apprehension when calling them , very nice people all around !

Was hired to rebuild our pond and waterfall several years ago. Has not responded to repeated emails/phone messages regarding a significant water loss in pond observed this year to check out. I assumed he would have honored his work by responding back to us or at least stopping by to isolate the source of the water loss.

We could not be happier with our new patio area by Dragonlfy Ponds and Patios! Since we didn't know exactly what we wanted, Tim designed and presented us with some layout options that would work well with our backyard. He helped us make the best choices possible for a relaxing country setting. The crew was fantastic. They were neat, efficient, professional and courteous at all times. The quality of work is superior. I would highly recommend this company!

We recently hired Dragonfly Ponds & Patios LLC to install a walkway and patio in our front yard. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome of the project. Tim was quick to respond to our email requesting an estimate and provided a beautiful 3-D design and estimate in a timely manner. The work was started and completed in the timeframe discussed after we accepted the proposal. His team was polite and professional and left the work area clean. We have received many compliments on the work from our neighbors as this project greatly improved our overall curb appeal.
