We are residents of the Pinehills. We hired Dreamscapes last summer to design and landscape our yard for our new home. The project was well executed and we were very happy with the end result and pleased with the service and the warranty on the plants. We did have an issue with one particular holly tree that did not survive the very tough winter. We called Dreamscapes in April at which time we were told that the tree would be replaced in mid June. It is now July. We have made 4 phone calls, 2 emails, and I even went and spoke with the owner in person last week who thanked me for my patience assuring me it would be done the next day. Well, here it is a week later and now our "patience" is wearing thin. Where are the work ethics of people today. We spent over 17K for this work and you would think that the company would stand by the work and warranty. I usually would not resort to these measures; but it is the only way to get their attention to correct this warrantee issue.IMG_0580-2.JPG
