Honest Review: They were very prompt and polite. The estimator was nice and the guys that came out to do the work were friendly. I was quoted $2500 to seal a 40x12 asphalt driveway and apply concrete sealant on approx. 600 square feet of concrete. I specified that I wanted a quality job done, I know what things cost, and I don't haggle. So when they said $2500, I was like "Okay, Let's do it" They arrived promptly at the scheduled day and time of 10am and were done with everything and gone by 11:20. Less than an hour and 20 minutes total onsite. I went to the bank to get the funds to pay them and I was only there at the end to hand the payment over as they were wrapping up, but I left before they were done completely. I didn't see the concrete part because there was no way to the back yard as the driveway is the only access without cutting through tenant's units. I figured it couldn't be that bad anyhow, assuming they were experienced with such things, and I wasn't concerned at the time. There are a few reasons for my poor review... 1. We were expecting a very heavy rain storm within 24 hours of application and the humidity levels were VERY high before, during, and after application. This is all not good for proper curing and adhesion. Calling off the work for another day with more suitable recommended conditions would have been the better option to ensure the application cures properly. 2. The only surface prep for the driveway and concrete was a leaf blower. For the asphalt, this isn't quite as important though better surface prep is recommended. But for the concrete, I was expecting they'd at least give it a pressure wash prior to application for the price I paid seeing as leaf and dirt debris had built up in places since the pad was put in and there was some very large patches of brown staining and lots of sand and dirt left in the texture after the leaf blower job that would have mostly washed off with a regular quick pressure wash that are pretty much now a permanent feature because they are sealed in. The pad is pretty much ruined permanently for ever being able to give it even a semi-decent sealed natural look now. It looks COMPLETELY awful. This is a rental building in the city, so looks are whatever FOR THE MOST PART, but if this were my actual home, I would be in MUCH more of a rage. But I still wanted an acceptable level of good aesthetics in the end. 3. Price.... The $2500 quoted is more than adequate for this job to expect proper surface preparation of all of the surfaces and a little more time spent on attention to detail as there are spots of the driveway that didn't get any sealant. I could have DIY'd it to the same or better quality level with better surface prep and paid help for about $900-$1000 tops. Of course, I expect to pay more when hiring a company to do the work. That's why I didn't even bat an eye at the $2500 quote and just told them I don't mind paying the honest cost for quality work. But this level of work does not align with what I paid. I will adjust to the lowly 1 start if the driveway application fails in any way with the upcoming rain today. They should have known better about the conditions. So far, it looks like it will hold up okay, but not optimally.

Honestly not sure why anyone would rate them less than a five star he was very professional on time got to work once we called for an estimate he came the same day and gave us the total amount we liked their professionalism so much we had them do our driveway as well as a court for my kids to play basketball. The lady who set an appointment for us was very professional as well and I’m honestly grateful. Can’t beat their price nor their quick response and beautiful work.

They did a great job repairing the end of my driveway and sealing the joints, also sealing the rest of the driveway.
