DryServ

DryServ is a family-owned Cape Cod cleaning and restoration company that's built its name mainly on the unglamorous jobs — dryer vents, air ducts, carpets and upholstery — while also offering water damage restoration and mold remediation. The company's own site says it grew from a small family operation over roughly two decades and states 25 years in business, though it doesn't name a specific founding year. Across 65 reviews from 2016 through 2026, and aggregates of 4.8 stars on Google and 4.6 on HomeAdvisor, the recurring picture is technicians who show up on time, explain what they're doing, and leave things looking new — several reviewers name Pedro, Victor and John specifically, some as repeat customers over multiple visits. More than one reviewer compares DryServ favorably to a bigger-name competitor that couldn't get the same stains out. Pricing is the complaint that comes up again and again, across several different years: two 2023 reviews called a job too expensive for what was done, a 2025 review said charges for pet stains and other add-ons weren't explained before booking, and an older HomeAdvisor review simply said the prices are high. There's also a 2023 review that called the customer service and cleaning quality poor without giving specifics, and a 2017 account describing upholstery fabric left loose and wavy after a cleaning. For dryer vent, duct, carpet or upholstery cleaning on Cape Cod, this is a company with a long, mostly strong history — the main thing worth doing up front is getting a clear, itemized price before the appointment, since that's where the complaints consistently land.
