David was easy to work with. He scoped the effort and provided a contract and estimate in advance. He laid out his plans for the work, and we negotiated the final scope, so expectations were clear. He made it easy to work with him. He handled the building permit on my behalf with my town and provided a material parts list of all items he would be needing by sending me the parts list in his Home Depot cart. I was then able to transfer those items needed to my own HD cart, then order, pay, and have them waiting for him on site before he started with all materials needed complete and correct. Installing a door at bottom of basement stairs to seal off the unfinished basement from the pets was admittedly not a major project, but he completed it flawlessly on time (one day), it works great, looks great and we were extremely pleased with his effort from start to finish. Professional and a gentleman.
