One July 2026 customer had patios and walkways power washed and sand laid down, then a spring cleanup with edging and mulch around the property. Another in June 2026 said the quote was inclusive of what they expected, the project started on time and was finished in two days. In February 2026, after a blizzard left a commercial customer's plow driver injured, the crew came out, assessed and took care of the property that same night. A 2025 reviewer described cobblestone edging and river rock going into a front yard. Scheduling is the thing to pin down. A customer who had booked an assessment more than a week ahead wrote in April 2026 that the team told them 30 minutes beforehand it could not come, and that ended things before any work started. Another in the same month liked how quickly the quote and contract moved but found the link to confirm a rescheduled date easy to miss. A homeowner in their second season wrote in November 2025 that the service had been fair and the invoicing and scheduling easy to keep up with, but that it would be their last season with the company. Further back, two reviewers in 2022 and 2023 rated the company low after a website contact form and a phone message brought no return call.
