If I could give Dylan’s Dumpsters more than five stars, I would! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Dylan’s Dumpsters saved me from what could have been an extremely stressful and costly situation, and their customer service was truly outstanding. I had reserved a dumpster weeks in advance through Eagle Dumpster Rental in Windhamn, only to find myself scrambling at the last minute when it failed to arrive as scheduled. When I called close to 5 p.m. on Friday, I was suddenly told that I needed a permit, even though the dumpster was being placed on my private property. There had been no advance warning, follow-up, or resolution. Meanwhile, I had already hired movers for the following morning to help with a major cleanout. I was understandably frustrated and facing the possibility of losing money on movers without having a dumpster available. Enter Dylan’s Dumpsters! After calling a few places with no luck, I called at approximately 4:55 p.m. on Friday, fully expecting that finding a dumpster for 7 a.m. the next morning would be nearly impossible. Not only did they answer promptly, but they took the time to check availability and promised to call me right back—and they did! Within minutes, everything was arranged. I secured a dumpster for Saturday morning, paid conveniently over the phone, and received a significantly better price than I had been quoted elsewhere. Sure enough, the dumpster arrived promptly at 7 a.m. on Saturday, exactly as promised! Delivery was seamless, professional, and efficient, and they positioned it perfectly where I requested. This is what outstanding customer service looks like! Dylan’s Dumpsters turned an incredibly stressful situation into a seamless experience, and I genuinely cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend Dylan’s Dumpsters. Their pricing is fair, their communication is excellent, and most importantly, they deliver on their promises. Dylan's customer service and response time to callback was awesome. He returned my call promptly and was able to deliver a dumpster to me the following morning (same day was offered). His pricing was best out of everyone I called. I would highly recommend Dylan's before using anyone else. Dylan’s Dumpsters is a top notch operation. I’ve used them several times and I always get a real human on the phone. They are on time and super dependable. The lawn and driveway are always treated with care. They were very helpful in positioning the dumpster in just the right place on one particular job so that we could throw building materials out a window right into the dumpster. A+
