- A quote that held — a 2024 customer said added items were explained
- A driveway stonewall — a 2024 customer said stray stones were set into it
A 2024 Google customer said Eastern Property Services turned a wet, mildly sloped property from wilderness into a lawn and border and got the water flowing the way it should. That 2024 customer named Bryan Maclver and Joe for the hardscaping and landscaping, and said Bryan set every stray stone a "previous earth guy" had left into a rough New England stonewall along the driveway. The 2024 customer also said the quote was fair and held, and that the effect of a few added items on it was explained along the way.

Bryan Maclver and Joe are the best for Hardscaping and Landscaping. He gave a fair quote and held to it. We added a few things along the way, and he explained how it would affect the quote. The pictures say everything as he tamed our wild wilderness into an acceptable lawn and border and got the water flowing the way it should on our wet, mildly sloped property. I wanted a rough New England Stonewall parallel to the driveway. The “previous earth guy” left stones all over the place. Bryan got every stone that looks like it didn’t belong into a nice place on the stonewall as per the pictures!!
