A recent customer who reached Rick through a realtor said he beat the other estimates by a long way and promised the crew could clear their parents' home of 51 years in a day by the end of the week. One recent customer said Rick and his team worked non-stop for hours, removed a basement and garage full of junk, and were "very respectful of the items we were not removing." A 2026 customer said Rick and his team removed a pool and a hot tub from a difficult spot within a double decker deck in one hour, after his quote came in lower and he could start the very next day.
