EcaraccioloS LLC Home Solutions & Handyman

Unbelievable incompetence. I asked the company for an estimate to build a walkout basement. First, they didn't measure things appropriately. The second time, the person came to measure things, and despite my desire to talk to them about a different way to approach the walkout basement design, he came and left without talking to me, so I couldn't talk to him about what I wanted done. Then I gave him three opportunities to come back to discuss the job. Two of the appointments were set for 5 pm. An hour after the set times, the owner texted me to say that he had to reschedule due to bad traffic. The third, and last time, he wanted to come at 7:30 a.m. for the estimate. I agreed to it. He texts me over 30 minutes later to say that he's going to "drop off the keys in 20 minutes." First in Spanish, then in English. I told him that he is supposed to do an estimate, not drop off keys. His response was that, if that's the case, he would show up at "approximately 9:00 a.m." The guy had no idea what he was supposed to be doing. I told him not to waste his time coming because I won't be working with his company and told him he was incompetent, which accurately described his lack of competence. He texts back, "Life isn't black or white; it has it's nuances . . ." For the third time, he tried to excuse himself by complaining about bad traffic- at 7 in the morning. I don't know how this company got their 5 stars, but I would never trust their word again. Just to add additional insult to injury, I believe this owner went on my website, used an anonymous name, and left a 1-star review out of spite. Unbelievably immature.

A job well done. The Handy men did a great job in a timely manner and clean-up. Great experience from the estimate and finished job.

I'm so glad we found Enzo to help us with our home siding repair. He was easy to communicate with, prompt with his responses and kept us informed of timelines (we unfortunately had a number of delays due to supply issues). The work was done as expected, and hassle free. Finished product looked great. I definitely recommend Enzo and Ecaracciolos LLC.

I highly recommend EcaraccioloS Home Solutions for all of your handyman needs. Enzo and his son repaired vinyl siding on my house and installed a door for me. They were neat, on time and very pleasant. The pricing was very fair. They can help you with all of your home projects.

The workers did a great job replacing the door attached to my garage. They took their time and were very efficient.
