First of all, houses need to breathe. This style of production is illogical, messy, and expensive. Instead of trucks bringing materials to a lumberyard or the job location it is sent to ecocore, assembled in Searsmont, then transported piece by piece to where it will be assembled. Aside from just the general stupidity of this concept of construction, Chris has no loyalty to anyone. Not his employees, not his customers, not even his products. Everyone else is always to blame. This business seems like a tax write-off.
Overpriced houses that are built to take people's money. Essentially $3,500 per panel built, puts a lot of money into the owners pocket and not so much into the staffs. Staff are treated poorly and time frames are always pushed with the clients paying for the late completions. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
