Reviews from September 2024 to October 2026 describe roof replacements alongside siding, gutters, soffit vents and chimney work, finished basements, rebuilt and replaced decks, bathroom and kitchen remodels, and smaller jobs such as basement joists, a basement staircase, a porch railing and fence, and an emergency window replacement. Reviews name Giovanny, also called Gio; a 2024 roofing customer writes that he was present at every step of the project. Two reviewers also name Gigi. One roofing customer in Waterbury writes that Giovanny replaced the pitched roof and chimneys on a multi-family home and the flat roof on a detached garage, kept the project on track through weather delays, and took care of extra repairs without upselling. A Wolcott customer writes that the crew removed the old roof on the first day and replaced the trusses, installed the insulation and completed the roof on the second. Another says a crew of 12 workers did a roof in one day on a Sunday and cleaned up the property. Customers write that the crews left the site clean, showed up on time, and charged a fair price; one investor writes that the price beat seven different estimates. A bathroom customer gave 4 stars and wrote that the price was almost half of what other shower installers quoted.
One 1-star review from July 2024 is about a company car's driving, describing swerving between lanes without a blinker and cutting over a solid line to pass.
