That customer said the electricians explained exactly how the process would be done, and that a few hours later they had new lighting with no mess, only a tiny bit of paint to touch up. In that 2022 review, the customer also said the electricians gave them a small piece of the drywall for paint matching, and wrote that they would call them for their next lighting project.
From start to end, I was impressed with the customer service. The initial estimate was the exact price of the day. The electricians were friendly and very professional. They explained exactly how the process would be done and did an excellent job. A few hours later, I had great lighting and no mess! Only a tiny bit of paint to touch up. They even gave me a small piece of the drywall for paint matching. I will call them for my next lighting project!
