Not knowing much about septic systems versus cesspool services, Dan from EDR septic inspections was great. He was clear, concise and easy to understand and I have to say, neat as well . We had a backup issue in our home and had the city come inspect the main sewer line. They concluded the town side was fine, and after checking on our end it was determined the blockage was within our home’s system. Lynn was incredibly helpful speaking directly with the town to help troubleshoot things over the phone. Dan came out quickly for us, flushed our entire system, found the culprit, showed us pictures, and gave us guidance on how to avoid future issues, all without ever making us feel foolish or talked down to. He was efficient, professional, organized, clean, and had a great sense of humor that made a stressful situation much easier on our family. What also stood out was how kind and patient he was with our kids while they followed him around asking a million questions. He treated them wonderfully the entire time. With years of experience, we truly cannot recommend EDR enough.
