The through-line in what customers write is short notice met with long lists. A May 2024 customer itemized the visit: the outside of the fridge scrubbed, the glass on the light fixtures cleaned, the hearth scrubbed, the ceiling fan done, the sliding glass door washed. A July 2026 job covered the whole house plus closet organizing, an oven deep-clean and pressure-washing of a deck and patio. Another May 2024 reviewer had them clean before moving in and said the crew got inside the light fixtures and along every baseboard, then kept them on monthly. Vacation-rental work is the second recurring thread. A June 2025 customer hired the team for laundry service at a Falmouth rental; an April 2024 client used them for weekly cleanings during short-term rentals and came back later for home staging, noting quick replies over WhatsApp. Comments run from 2022 through 2026, and five of them landed in the last six months, all positive. Two things are worth pinning down before you book. Scheduling is where one customer pushed back: the only one-star, from 2023, said a booking was made and never confirmed by callback, called the manner condescending, and found it troubling that the business advertises multiple phone numbers — which it does, a separate Cape Cod line and a Martha's Vineyard line. And the tenure claims don't line up. The site says 2010; the BBB profile lists a business start date of January 1, 2024 and one employee. The BBB grade is an A, but the bureau states that grade rests on length of time in business, and the company is not accredited there. House cleaning in Massachusetts carries no state registration to check, so what's left to verify is practical: ask how long the current operation has been running, which number reaches the office, and get the date and crew size confirmed in writing. For a Falmouth-area homeowner or rental owner who wants a detailed one-off deep clean or a standing schedule from someone who answers fast, this is a reasonable call.
