A 2024 customer said they got their kitchen remodeled and was very pleased with the outcome, and called the employees professional and very friendly. A 2022 customer said Jacob and his team were contracted to fix an issue the previous owners of the home had messed up. That 2022 customer said they did not show up for appointments on multiple occasions, that the town inspector had to come back more than once because the job was not done properly the first time, and that they never came back to fix the drywall as Jacob said he would.
As a first time customer with Exceptional Home Improvements, I had a very pleasant experience. I got my kitchen remodeled this summer and I can say I was nothing less than satisfied. The employees are not only professional but very friendly as well and full filled every request I had. I highly recommend using this company if you are looking to remodel your home exterior and /or interior. I am very pleased with the outcome.
Jacob was contracted to fix and issue the previous owners of my home messed up, him and his team were extremely unprofessional, example: would make an appointment to come by, would not show up on multiple occasions, claiming his guys truck broke down (more than once), the work they've done was extremely poor, the town inspector has to come back more than once because Jacob's team did not do the job properly the first time, and they never came back to fix the drywall like Jacob claimed he would. I would keep searching for a reliable contractor to get the work your home deserves.
