I use them for trash service at my house and my friend has them at her business. Always service on time. If there is ever a delay, they are usually back out within 24 hours. Highly recommend.
Barrels are always left in the middle of the street and trash all over the ground and broken glass.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. For months we’ve been calling to have our trash picked up and to pay our final bill, yet our trash has repeatedly been left sitting while we continue to be charged. Every time we call, we get a different answer. The representatives we’ve spoken with have been rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Not once during our previous calls did anyone mention that we were supposedly under a contract. Now, after months of trying to resolve this, we’re suddenly being told we’re stuck in a contract and will continue to be charged anyway. It’s incredibly convenient that this information only appeared after we questioned the ongoing charges. It’s unacceptable to bill customers for a service you’re not providing. Expecting people to continue paying while failing to pick up their trash is bad enough, but treating customers with disrespect on top of it is even worse. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. If you value honest communication, reliable service, and basic customer respect, look elsewhere.

As a residential customer, and also as the leader of a local charity that uses EL Harvey's services, I could not be more pleased with the services they provide. Warren is the driver who covers our neighborhood in Middleborough at Oak Point. Friendly and helpful with a positive attitude every week. I try not to keep him too long so he can finish our community lol. He is a great representative for your company!
