I hired Elevate Cleaning Service for a 5 hour deep cleaning. I was pressured into having two cleaners for 2 1/2. I live in less than a 1000 square foot two bedroom apartment. I have little to no furniture. Transparency small bathroom and small kitchen needed a deep cleaning. I was called at 2 1/5 hours that they needed more time. This was denied as I paid for a 5 hour cleaning. At 2 1/2 hours: no vacuuming under couches, baseboards or in sofa. Kitchen was presented as cleaned----was not started floors were filthy, outside and inside fridge and freezer not done full of mold and freezer and stove burners and under stove hood remained undone even after owner approved time extension at their expense. After time extension, my one coffee and tv had a quick wipe to the front. One glass coffee table with one paper organizer was not cleaned under or moved forward. For a company to tell me that 5 hours would not be enough for a small apartment standard cleaning (not even deep which in fact I purchased a deep cleaning) could not be completed than they need to return to training their cleaners. This is not close to a $300 plus $60 tip 5 hour service. I essentially, cleaned my own freezer, stove burners, vacuumed under my couch, under baseboards and on/behind ellipitcal. I moved small shoe rack and small items forward to be vacuumed behind. While my intent is to support a service company this is more insulting to come back to a home like this. Then essentially be asked to point out that most of the service I purchased was not completed which was more than able to be completed with 1 cleaner with extended purchased 5 hour slot. The walk through put me in a position of having to show their cleaners what a deep cleaning entails. I will say my bathroom needed help but even if that took 2 1/2 hours for one person 9x9 the rest was quick. At best, required me to point out basic bathroom floor cleaning sanitation. Truly disappointed and a waste of my day having to come back at 2 1/2 hrs when in fact I purposfully choose a 5 hour cleaning to handle my own errands. Regretfully a 1 star at most. To put in perspective cleaning advertised: Deep Cleaning: Sweep and mop floors: Poorly done Vacuum carpets: Not completed under baseboard, couches, dog bowl or small spaces. Wipe down interior and exterior of cabinets: No inside of cabinets completed. Clean and sanitize the interior and exterior of microwaves: NA Clean and sanitize the interior and exterior of ovens: Top burner covered not cleaned or under hood. Clean and sanitize the interior and exterior of refrigerators: Requested inside of fridge per purchase. No freezer completed. Clean walls (no stain removal) No standard wall wipe. Owner completed. Clean baseboards: Quick wipe not deep cleaned. Thoroughly clean bathrooms and bedrooms: Floor cleaned at minimum. Clean all doors and handles: Not completed or on top of door frames or hanging pictures. Sanitize outlets: Not completed outlets had black film. Dust throughout the home: No items were moved. Clean and sanitize appliances: Dishwasher not completed prior to them trying to leave at 2 1/2 hrs. Sweep out the garage: NA Disinfect the entire home: Didn't seem sanitized. Provide a checklist of any items that may need fixing or replacement: Not completed. Take photos when the property is complete: No comparison photos. Explore other businesses
