Once AGAIN Oren did a terrific job helping me - this time with the sale of my dad’s house! This is the second time I have used his company’s services. He will not disappoint! If you need someone to help sell the contents of a house and donate or discard any leftovers, Oren is the best! He photographed and catalogued all of the items meticulously; ran the auction and pickup at the house; emptied the house; and left it broom clean and ready for sale. He is a great communicator and very responsive - and knows how to do all of this timely and flawlessly. I found him to be very caring and honest. Oren did a fantastic job cleaning out my mom's condo. She had a TON of stuff packed into that place and we dreaded dealing with it all. My involvement ended up being absolutely minimal, just an hour walking through the home with Oren and answering some questions. The next time I saw the place, it was completely empty. Oren sold much of content via online auction and donated or disposed of the rest. I didn't have to lift a finger. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Oren sent us regular process notes and pictures of the home. The auction generated more than enough money to cover all costs with plenty left over.
