Encore Metal Roofing & Construction installs metal roofs, and a recent customer said owner Paul Morrow offered to redo their roof at no charge when they were unhappy with the varied coloration of the shingles. The company says it has been in business 39 years, and its website lists a service area of Plymouth, Conway, Rochester, Fryeburg, Tamworth, Wolfeboro, Laconia and Alton. A recent customer had a full 24-gauge standing seam metal roof installed with new skylights; when a storm hit after the old roof came off, that customer said Encore repaired the water intrusion to like-new condition. A customer with a kitchen leak said Michael found the leaking area and repaired the leak and the drywall instead of selling a whole new roof. A recent customer had an old shake shingle roof over a small wood shed replaced. One customer said Paul came up to Whitefield, NH after a storm blew down the roof of a barn cupola, and the job became a custom build with a copper roof and a weathervane. A customer said the team replaced a deck and sliding glass doors and finished ahead of schedule, and a recent customer used Encore to build a steel 30x40 garage. In a 2024 review, a customer said their new metal roof, which needed snow bars, started showing signs of problems a few months after the install, and wrote that the company failed to make things right. On Google the company shows 5 stars from 151 ratings, and its Better Business Bureau grade is A+.
New stairs on side of house last year. work was done in a timely manner and craftmanship was great. I love my new stairs. Paul you and your crew do great work.
Paul and his team were great, they showed up early and finished quickly, doing top quality work. I would strongly recommend them for all your roofing work.
We had a small area of flashing that needed to be replaced. Our house is old and we were worried about the repair sticking out amongst the older material. Encore metal was very knowledgeable and was able to make the repair seamless with the rest of our house.
Paul came to the rescue when we needed a roof vent before we could proceed with our plumbing. I cold called over a dozen roofing companies. Paul answered and committed to helping us even though we had to get him more information that we had to wait for. As soon as we got him the info he needed, he sent Mike up the next morning and got it done. They were very professional and easy to communicate with. People actually answered the phone and listened! It felt good to know that we were not sent to an automated AI system in this world that continues to grow more automated. Both my husband and Paul are Air Force vets. They gave their time and commitment to the US and continue to be committed individuals as civilians. Encore Metal Roofing will be doing more work for us in the future.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience! Paul, the owner, and Mike, our sales representative and point of contact, were both fantastic throughout the entire process. They were professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was done right. The team that installed our metal roof was meticulous and took great pride in their work. The attention to detail was exceptional, and it’s clear that they stand behind the quality of what they do. We now have a beautiful, high-quality metal roof that was installed with care and precision. We truly appreciate the entire team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality roofing company!
