A recent customer on a 40-year-old well said they arrived within an hour on a Friday night, changed a fuse to get through the weekend, and put in a new well pump on Monday morning. A recent customer who had new water treatment units installed said the company also replaced an old, noisy well pressure tank, and described Hank as the owner and hands-on. A 2026 customer said Drew and Will replaced the pump at the bottom of a 401-foot well on the same visit, with the equipment and parts on their truck. A 2025 customer from Barnstead said that after an old well collapsed in freezing weather, a crew was there within two days to drill a new 180-foot well and install a new pump. A 2025 customer with air in the system said Hank gave an estimate with no hard selling, and the crew pulled a pump from 1992, installed a new pump, wiring and tubing, extended the well casing and sanitized the well. A 2024 customer said the company installed a higher-power pump and a new filtration system on time and for the quoted price. A 2023 customer gave two stars, saying the techs advised replacing the tank, pressure switch and pump for about $4,000, that another company replaced only the tank and pressure switch for $1,400, and that Epping Well & Pump charged $200 for a service call that lasted 8 to 10 minutes. A 2014 Reddit commenter said they had heard good things about the company.

Just had a well pump go down after 3 years. These guys stood by the product and replaced it under warranty. They also shuffled their schedule around to get to us. This is our 3rd or 4th job they have done for us including the installation of a whole home carbon filtration system and we would highly recommend them to anyone!
I want to thank all the people at this business, especially Hank and his guys that came to our house when we had no water after 7 p.m. and came back the next day. We thought it was worst-case scenario time, but they worked so hard, tried all the things, and restored our water. I would recommend them to anyone for their customer service and also for their kindness!

Drew and Daymien were at our house first thing Sunday morning, ready to get us back up and running. In less than a half-day's work, they replaced the pump, installed a new expansion tank, and treated the well—finishing up before noon! Their pricing was extremely fair, especially for a Sunday emergency call. Drew and Daymien were professional, neat, and left the workspace spotless when they were done. You couldn't ask for better service or more dependable professionals. I can't recommend Epping Well & Pump enough!
Epping Well and Pump provided outstanding service. My well pump went at 9AM. Called EW&P. Their team was at my house by 1PM that day done in no time Very Professional and Courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.
