We schedule maintenance with Erickson every 6 months for our basement pump system. We have always been happy with the service provided by the service technicians. The recent technician, Alberto Navarro, was very thorough in the cleaning of the system, explained everything to us that was done, answered all of our questions, and left the work area spotless. I had an outstanding experience with Erickson Foundation Solutions from start to finish. After explaining that my foundation issue needed to be addressed quickly, they were the only company willing to help me and scheduled me right away when several others said they couldn't help. The scheduling team was fantastic—they were friendly, responsive, and made the entire process easy. The customer service throughout the entire project was exceptional. Everyone I spoke with was courteous, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly.<br><br>A huge thank you to Deb Rayborn, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care made the entire process stress-free.<br><br>The production crew was equally impressive. They arrived exactly on time, got to work immediately, were courteous and respectful, and completed the job promptly while maintaining a clean work area.<br><br>It's hard to find a company that delivers such excellent customer service from the initial consultation through the completed installation, but Erickson Foundation Solutions exceeded my expectations.
