Alberto was definitely thorough and completed the yearly maintenance efficiently as well as discussing the task clearly. Very pleased.
I had a sump pump package installed a year ago and they just came to service it. I had a wonderful service man Alberto Navarro and he was very thorough and also very good at explaining the process. I may have them do additional work for me and Alberto was so great at explaining options. I would definitely recommend Erickson for basement water issues.
Window well replacement and installation of underground downspout to a Bubbler Pot. I can't say enough good things about my experience. From Melissa, who took my initial call, to Jesse who came out for the quote, to Brianna who coordinated the work schedule, to Anthony and team who did the work, to the owners, who I was told had a role in this as well, it was a great! My situation had a tight timeline and when Jesse came out for the quote, he expressed how he didn't think it would be possible to meet my deadline. But instead of saying sorry and leaving it at that, he said let me go back to the office and see what I can do. He called me a few hours later and, because of the uniqueness of my situation, he consulted the owners and they agreed to somehow fit me in the schedule before my deadline. Sure enough, they did.
