Eva Scott leads The Eva Scott Group, a two-person real estate team at Gibson Sotheby's International Realty based at 6 Route 6A in Orleans. The group states it has represented buyers and sellers across the Lower and Outer Cape — Wellfleet, Eastham, Truro, Orleans, Provincetown, and Brewster — since 1995, with Eva Scott, a REALTOR® and Certified Residential Specialist, working alongside sales partner Daphne Lowe. Massachusetts' registry confirms Eva Scott holds an active real estate broker license in her own name, matching the number the site publishes. Homeowners who hired the group describe successful outcomes on sales that weren't simple. One seller recounts a waterfront property with several guest cottages and an unrepresented buyer that required attending multiple planning board meetings before closing, calling it one of the larger Cape Cod sales that year. Another describes a three-owner estate sale coordinated over several video calls, with the team fielding contractor referrals and checking on the property between showings. A third describes a title-certificate delay that Eva negotiated through rather than letting stall the deal. Several clients returned for a second transaction — one couple bought a home in Wellfleet and later sold a different one in the same town with her; another had Eva try, unsuccessfully, to sell their home eight years earlier before returning to list it again more recently. Reviewers repeatedly credit her with deep, longtime knowledge of the Lower and Outer Cape towns and describe her as responsive and easy to reach throughout a sale. Every review on file is five stars and none raise a complaint, so the record so far is uniformly positive across both buying and selling transactions. The team is a fit for a straightforward Cape Cod home purchase or sale, and especially for sellers with an older, unusual, or complicated property who want an agent who has navigated similar situations before.
It’s rare to hear anyone say their a real estate transaction was seamless, but thanks to Eva Scott, ours can pretty close. It was an uncommon pleasure to be able to rely on Eva throughout. She spared us the kind of concerns that beset most sellers, as we had confidence in her from the start. This swift, successful outcome of our sale more than justified that trust.
Eva and Daphne are terrific. They anticipated all our needs and managed the process flawlessly, resulting in a speedy sale. Highly recommended!
We worked with Eva and Daphne with Gibson Realty and couldn’t be more pleased. They were very professional throughout the entire process. Our house had 3 owners and we all had different questions and different concerns. Both Eva and Daphne offered to meet with all of us via zoom several times so we were all clear with the process. They gave us suggestions of names to use for various jobs that needed to be completed in order to sell. All suggestions worked out successfully. They often came to our house to meet workers or check on water. Daphne went as far as to shovel for us to reach our second set of keys. I would highly recommend using this realty company and going with Daphne and Eva. Thank you for all your hard work!
When it was time to place my home of 34 years on the market, I knew just who to call: Eva Scott of Gibson Sotheby’s International. Eight years ago, Eva successfully brought a buyer to this same home. Nonetheless, at that time, despite Eva’s accomplished efforts, my husband and I decided not to sell. That said, years later, I knew it was time to place my home back on the market. With its sweeping views of Little Pleasant Bay, a pedigreed Cape Cod sailing history, and many private wooded acres, my waterfront, one-of-a-kind property required a level of expertise that I knew Eva Scott and her sales partner Daphne Lowe could manage successfully. They took into consideration the older age of my home, the numerous guest cottages on the property, and the isolation that numerous wooded acres would afford. This would be a complex sale, yet they were up for the task. Eva Scott knows her market. Eva, along with Daphne, advertised effectively. As a result, there were numerous showings. Once a buyer was found, the transaction became complicated. The buyer was unrepresented. Eva and Daphne were required to go beyond the expected scope of a typical transaction by attending numerous planning board meetings. There were emotional dynamics on both sides. However, I always felt that I had the best representation, that Eva and Daphne were available, steady, and consistently looking out for my interests at every turn. As my agents, they exceeded my every expectation. Thankfully, due to the efforts of Eva Scott and Daphne Lowe, the sale was completed. Happily, it was one of the largest sales on Cape Cod for 2026. I firmly believe this sale would not have been made without the outstanding representation of Eva Scott and Daphne Lowe.
Eva knows the Cape better than anyone I have met. I trust her 100% with all my Cape related real estate decisions. Great advice, years of experience, and fun while doing it. We literally looked for years before we bought and Eva never gave up on us.
