The line that repeats in Ever Pro Landscaping Construction's reviews is speed. One Lynn homeowner wrote in June 2026 that Ever called back within a minute of the request going up, quoted the job within the hour, and finished it the next day. Another, in April 2026, said he showed up when he said he would and mowed the lawn after the cleanup was done. Most of the work is outdoor and hands-on: spring and yard-waste clean-ups, bi-weekly mowing, mulch, sod, plantings, tree work, fences, and a fair amount of stone. Prices show up openly in the reviews, from a $450 yard clean-up to a $5,000 retaining wall and an $18,000 one — that November 2025 customer said the wall and regrading were finished in under two weeks and the site left clean. An August 2025 review described front stairs built from scratch in stone and granite. The business also says it speaks Spanish. Two customers tell a different story, and they tell the same one. A May 2026 reviewer hired the company for fencing and landscaping, said part of it was done and the crew never came back, and advised holding final payment until the whole job is verified; the owner replied that the agreed work was finished and the customer wanted more for the same price. A January 2026 reviewer wrote that the trees were cut down but most of the debris was left in the yard and nobody returned. Both are recent, both are about follow-through on the last part of a job, and that is the thing to pin down before hiring: get the full scope in writing and tie the final payment to a walkthrough. Everything known here comes from a single Angi profile: 4.8 across 24 ratings, 92 percent of them five stars, and no second platform to corroborate it. The page is filed under the company's earlier name, and two reviewers refer to New Dawn, so older work may sit under that name. A reasonable call for lawn care, clean-ups, mulch and sod, and stonework where the scope is clear and finite. For a longer multi-part project, agree the punch list up front.

We just had our lawn mowed for the first time. My yard looks very nice and neat. They did a nice job trimming and cleaning up at the end. I feel as though I've made a good choice choosing this company.

Ever called me within a minute of submitting my request on Angi's list, came down to see the job within the hour to quote me. Came back the next day and got the job done. It was a small landscaping job at the front of my house. They cleaned it up really well, planted flowers that I bought and mulched it. Looks great! Would definitely hired again
