On its BBB page, the company describes landscape, lawn care and property maintenance services for residential and commercial properties, and that page shows an A+ grade. A 2025 customer had it redesign the landscape at the entrance of the customer's business properties and said the crew was prompt and efficient and the price was fair. A 2024 reviewer wrote that mowing, pruning, cleanups, fertilizing and irrigation needs were all met through Executive. A 2025 reviewer praised the team and wrote that the CEO leads by example. A 2026 Google reviewer wrote that the company kept getting the Newtown school district bid as the low bidder, and that mulch there sat 8 to 12 inches up the trunk of everything, burying most of the bottom of the shrubs. A 2025 reviewer wrote that they were still waiting for payment on a job they did for the company in December 2023. A 2025 reviewer waiting outside a New Haven hospital said the driver of a snow plow pick-up truck backed the truck up with salt flying everywhere. A recent Google reviewer says a company-branded truck was weaving through traffic at high speed and tailgating. A 2023 reviewer said an inquiry about services got no response.
