Wonderful team of movers. Hard workers. Were friendly. Put everything where we wanted it to go. They were very careful not to damage anything….and didn’t. I would recommend Fallon Moving and Storage to everyone.

Terrible experience from start to finish. The movers showed up without floor runners and dragged mud all through our house, which immediately showed a lack of care and professionalism. To make matters worse, they caused damage during the move. We contacted the owner, Ray, multiple times and sent more than six emails trying to resolve the issue, but he completely ignored us and refused to honor the damage claim. He would not even take our calls, leaving his office manager to handle the situation instead. The complete lack of accountability and customer service was incredibly frustrating. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
This was the worst experience I ever experienced. You ripped and ruined my furniture, lost a recliner battery cord that cost $125 to replace, and lost the screws to a dining room table. I received a pittance of a refund compared to the cost to replace the furniture. I called continously to get answers with very little response from your company. The final result was a check for $121 and it took 5 months to receive with countless phone calls. I will be posting on BBB about my experience. Nancy Dagenhart
