A 2024 Google reviewer wrote that Brian came out about a bald-faced hornets' nest hanging over their driveway, dispatched the insects, and put out a sign at the end of the driveway to warn others of the insecticide application.
Brian is excellent and really knows and understand both pest control and lawn care. He brought our lawn back from the brink!!!
I have hired many companies in the past to fertilize and chemically treat my lawn, some have done a good job, and some have failed miserably. The one thing that is a common thread between the bad the good and the ugly is attention to detail and dedication to the JOB. Brian (a one man operation) performs the required tasks with superb attention to detail and with a professional touch with his customers. He is knowledgable and uses high quality equipment and the right products that are very affective. He keeps to his schedule and keeps you informed of his progress and will talked to you about what he is doing and troubling areas that need to be addressed. From my 35 years of experience as a home owner, Brian is the best I have experienced.
the job was well done!
We had just rented a dumpster to do some cleanup and renovations before we discovered a hornets nest in our shed. We called several businesses late afternoon, and Farewell Pest Specialists came recommended by another pest control business. Brian answered the phone late evening and was able to come out short notice the next day. He quickly identified where our infestation originated from despite my misinformation, and treated the area and perimeter of our house. He also entertained my questions and shared his wealth of knowledge. He was a pleasure to work with.
Brian does a excellent job! Brian sends reminders of your service so you are prepared. Brian was prompt and understanding if you needed to reschedule. I never had any tick issues all summer! I will definitely use his service next year! Thanks again Brian. Linda
