Per a 2025 review, Faria Oil was called about running out of oil, and "they delivered early this morning." Per a 2025 review, they always delivered oil in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Per a 2022 review, no contract was required, they did not try to sell more than was asked for, and they usually called back by the end of the day or, if not, first thing the next morning. Per a 2023 review, two weeks after first contacting the company about a tank dangerously close to empty, and after multiple messages, there had been no response from anyone connected to the company. Per a 2023 review, contacting them multiple times over a couple of weeks brought nothing back, to the point of almost being out of oil.
I started using Faria Oil when I purchased my new house, because that's who the previous owner used. I'm so grateful I stuck with them! Nick and Frank are always prompt and friendly, and they've gone the extra mile to help me out more than once. You can't find better oil guys I promise
I ran out of oil on Friday....Called the oil company we had been dealing with for 30 years and was told they wouldn't be able to deliver until sometime this week explaining the situation and was told .....no exceptions, we would be put on the list . My husband put 40 gallons of oil in using 5 gallon containers....Mind you we are in our mid seventies (sad but true, lol) I called Faria Oil and explained our situation and they delivered early this morning. Thank you so much ....They now have a loyal customer.....
They always deliver oil in a timely manner and at a reasonable price
It has been 2 weeks since we first contacted this company with regards to our dangerously close to empty tank and have left multiple messages since then and I have yet to receive any such form of response from ANYONE connected to this company. This customer service is unacceptable and can only assume lack of motivation towards servicing their loyal customers or egregiously poor communications skills. I would love to change this review in a more positive lighting but unfortunately I’m left discouraged and un-optimistic. My only message left for the company is “PLEASE CONTACT ME!!”
My family has tried contacting them multiple times within the past couple weeks and we have heard nothing back from them. It’s gotten to the point where we are almost out of oil. Honestly disappointed in the lack of communication and effort.
