Fe's Southern Maine Cleaning

I recently found Fe while looking for support in cleaning my parents house. As they are getting older, it is harder for them to do some of the more labor intensive cleaning (floors, cleaning under cabinets/beds, and bathrooms). I wanted to support a small business rather than paying for a larger state-wide or national company to come in. No dig on them, but I would prefer less overhead and to have my parents develop a relationship with the person that is coming in to clean their place to make them feel more comfortable. This was going to be my parent's first time having a cleaner come into their home. I am so happy that I found her online. From the moment I reached out to her, she has been professional, kind, and responsive. After some text exchanges, I set-up a time for Fe to go by my parents place to do an assessment of the work needed and to provide a rate for the job. My Mom and Dad greatly appreciated getting to meet her. Fe is very personable and they hit it off right away. After hearing from my parents that they wanted to move forward with Fe's Southern Maine Cleaning, I got a price from Fe for the work. It was well priced - very reasonable for what was being asked and we set-up out first two cleanings. I was fortunate to be in Maine during the first cleaning and was able to meet her in person. After chatting for a couple minutes, she set out on her work. She took the time she needed and did an amazing job. My Mom and Dad were really happy with the work, as was I. It made me feel so relieved that I was able to find someone as professional and thorough as Fe to come into my parents home to help clean. Payment was simple (we used Venmo but she also would accept Cash or Check) as well. I can't recommend her enough.

Fe is very thorough and upbeat. She gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Very pleasant and professional on the job. Have been in the business for decades and have mastered the tricks to get any mess sorted and spotless. You can't ask for a better cleaner.

Feng showed up with very short notice and worked very hard. She was pleasant and thorough. Will call again soon.
