In a 2024 Google review, a customer said Nick and his team had just finished their bathroom remodel. That 2024 customer described an unusual situation with changing doors and walls, said Nick had inventive ways to make everything work, and called the tile tricky to work with. The same 2024 customer said Nick was respectful of their space during the close-quarters construction and careful not to let their cats out. A 2023 customer said Nick was helpful when they redid their countertops, and that he was respectful working in a house with small kids and did not ring the doorbell during nap time.
Nick and his team just finished my bathroom remodel and I couldn't be happier! From start to finish Nick was communicative, responsive and professional. I'd been dreaming of this remodel for years, and wasn't disappointed! I had an unusual situation with changing doors and walls, and Nick had some inventive ways of how to make everything work. This was tricky tile to work with and his finish work was immaculate, as you can see in the photos. I have a smaller house and work at home, so it was close quarters during the construction process but Nick was always respectful of my space (and very careful not to let my cats out!). If you're looking for a contractor, you won't be disappointed with Federico Builders.
Best flooring and tile company around
Nick was very professional, proficient, and incredibly helpful when we redid our countertops! He was also respectful working in our house with small kids and didn't ring the doorbell during nap time hours-- added bonus! 10/10 Recommend.
