That 2026 customer also wrote that they hand dug a few posts near the septic lines. A 2026 customer who backed into a new chain-link fence a couple of weeks after the install said Kevin came with his crew the following Monday to repair it and, asked what was owed, told them to have a nice day. A 2025 customer described Rich and Kevin as a father-and-son team and said the crew showed up on time and left the yard spotless. In 2023, a customer said Rich, Kevin and their team installed almost 400 feet of fencing on a corner property in Norwich, CT. A 2023 customer said the company fenced about half of a 2-acre lot in Salem with black chain link through the woods and black aluminum near the house, and that about 18 months later the company came out within 6 hours and fixed a problem with an aluminum panel at no charge.
