Fernandes Property Management

Fernandes Property Management is a landscaping business whose website lists a service area including Acushnet, New Bedford, Dartmouth, Westport, Fairhaven, Mattapoisett, Freetown and Lakeville. On its website, the business says its team of skilled landscapers and gardeners brings years of experience and a keen eye for design to every project, and it offers free estimates. A 2026 Google review from a customer in a third year of service says Joshua offers great communication before and after the visit, that his prices are in line with other landscapers, and that Joshua and his crew take pride in their work. Another 2026 Google review praises thorough workmanship followed by fastidious cleanup. In a 2025 Google review, a customer who called after seeing the company's flyer said someone answered the phone before 3 rings and the lawn was done the next week. That customer wrote that the hedges looked better than when they bought the home 3 years earlier, and that the grass was growing in beautifully a few weeks after the work. A 2026 Google review describes a visit that went wrong: the customer had asked for one bush near the back door to be cut, but Joshua cut sage bushes and budding flowers that were not near the back door, did not edge after cutting the grass and left a mess, and the customer fired him.
