Its claimed HomeAdvisor profile lists the business as veteran owned and operated. Customers who wrote about it in 2019 and 2020 describe the same person doing the work and finishing it carefully. One had a 21-foot hallway and stairwell painted without a drop of spilled paint. Another, in a very old house with plaster-and-lath walls and peeling wallpaper, said the crew handled a difficult wall properly rather than papering over the problem. A third had three rooms and a staircase done, and the painter returned a third day — after the job had been completed and paid for — to add another coat to the stairs. Colour advice comes up repeatedly: several customers say he walked them through paint types and helped them choose. Both platforms show perfect scores — 5.0 from 17 on Thumbtack, 5.0 from 10 on HomeAdvisor, with 47 project photos on the first — and Thumbtack lists him as background-checked under his own name. The honest caveat is age. Every published review dates from 2019 or 2020; nothing describes work done in the last five years, so none of it says how the business runs today. Tenure is also stated four different ways across its own profiles, from six years to seventeen. Worth asking for recent local references and a written scope before booking.
