Moving into an older home is an exciting and scary experience in itself. Nathan did a thorough job checking all parts of the property, talking us through what he was seeing with us during the process, and having a wrap up meeting before we all left. The report was timely and accurate to everything we discussed. Highly recommend!

Nathan was meticulous and the utmost professional during our home inspection. We are out of town buyers and he had no problem going over his findings with us via facetime with our realtor. He was very knowledgeable and pragmatic about his process and findings. We will be using his services again as we continue our home search.
