In winter, a 2026 customer said Hayden called back promptly and within half an hour plowed the driveway and shoveled the walkway. A 2026 Reddit commenter in r/burlington said their company has used the landscaping part of Five Seasons. On the rental side, a recent Google review from an owner said the company managed their 6-unit building in Burlington for several years and stayed on top of maintenance. A 2025 customer said employees picking up leaves blew dirt, leaves, sticks and rocks all over their car and left it. A 2025 customer said the company kept a portion of a security deposit and was defensive when questioned.

Excellent property management for our 6-unit in Burlington. They managed our building for several years and did a consistently strong job. Communication was reliable, they stayed on top of maintenance, and they treated the property like it mattered. That attention helped us keep improving the building over time, which raised its value and steadily brought in stronger, more reliable tenants. For property owners the experience seems to be great, as a renter I've noticed issues with the building that aren't always fixed very quickly. Over priced for what you get, but that is the standard for renting in Burlington. Communication can be slow at times, and there have been a few balls dropped on what I considered bigger things re: issues with the building not getting addressed, but after some prodding they eventually address everything. Not the worst for the local market.
