Chris Cordio was outstanding. I hired him to remodel my bathrooms and he & his team were excellent. Only took couple weeks & definitely boosted the value of the house with brand new bathrooms. Highly recommended.
Chris is a professional at all aspects. He has a great team that understands the job specs and are very talented. Chris saw we were first time home owners and that this was our first big project, he walk us through each part of the project. He listened and helped guide us to making our basement project a success. He also went above and beyond to fix issues that he saw that was a problem or could be a issue down the road. I would highly recommend Chris and his team. If you do hire Chris, make sure to ask for his carpenter Bobby who is extremely talented and can create custom builds.
The crew was very friendly and responsive at first. Once they got the money, they have not honored their 1 year warranty. Used hot gun glue to install railings on staircase, only lasted a week, I had to repair it myself. We reached out for help to close our open permits and again, radio silence. We paid an extra $400 to repair walls, there are still creases on them. The only time we heard anything back from them was a request to change their home advisor review. Feel a little ripped off.
Chris and Company went out of their way to make sure that they did the best work for my dad. With the renovation of and 1860 house the bathroom need a much needed overhaul. My dad is a WWII vet at a young age of 92 and Chris and Company went the extra male to make sure he was happy with every thing that was going on. With me being in Brockton Mass and the work being done in Ashburnham Mass I leaned on Chris to keep me informed on the work progress, well done Chris! They not only did the main bathroom they also replaced the 40 year old siding door with a nice looking and usable French door which keep in the heat, keep out the cold and let in some great sunlight in to the room. I have a few more things that I'm going to have Chris and Company come back and do. Hats off to you my friend with a job well done. Thanks Larry S Saint Cyr
Still havent put toilet bolt covers on. Not very appealing to look down on when the rest looks great.would still recommend them. Also, have not.received any estimate on kitchen remodel.
