Flying Plumbers has drawn praise for responding to plumbing problems and complaints about unanswered calls. A Google customer writing in April 2026 described the team as very responsive to a hot-water-heater issue. In an August 2025 review, another customer said the company responded quickly to a request to replace a corroded pipe and also fixed a leaking shower valve during the visit. Based in Provincetown, the company says it serves the Outer and Lower Cape and has been doing so for 45 years. Its website offers plumbing and heating installation and repair, radiant heat and cast iron heating unit service, seasonal winterizing and spring turn-on, and 24-hour emergency service. BBB identifies Ron Singer as president and gives the business an A+ grade; it is not BBB accredited. Google lists a 3.7-star average from 11 ratings. A November 2023 Google reviewer described the team as on time, professional and friendly. Other customers described trouble getting a reply. In April 2023, a customer said issues remained after a job costing over $1,000 and that three attempts to reach the company by phone and email went unanswered. A May 2025 reviewer also complained of unanswered email and voicemail.
