Railings are what people hire Foothills Fabrication for. A recent Google reviewer says Dan made a handrail for the stairs in their home, and with an open floor plan it is one of the first things people notice when they come in. The company describes itself on its website as a metalworks and design studio focused on architectural elements, functional art pieces and mechanical and industrial welding. On a custom home project, Dan built a set of cable rails and provided renderings for the design, according to a recent Google review. A 2025 customer said they had hired Foothills twice. The first job was an indoor railing for winder stairs that could not take a standard railing system, which Dan designed, fabricated and built; the second was a handrail Dan fabricated and installed along an uneven, sloping path to their beach area. That 2025 customer also said Foothills showed up on time, kept them informed about the project, set realistic deadlines and was neat. A 2024 customer said Foothills Fabrications, LLC did their deck, patio and upstairs porch railings, including a handrail to uneven granite steps, and added a raven detail to the upstairs porch at their request.
