Form LTD

FORM Ltd. Kitchen and Bath Design says it was established in 1987 by partners John Leontiou and John Waters. By the company's account, John Leontiou conducts sales and leads the design team, while John Waters coordinates construction and project development. Its website names Greenwich, Darien, Rye, Chappaqua, Scarsdale and Westchester County as its service area. A 2026 customer said Form LTD redid the kitchen in an old Tudor that had an odd shaped kitchen. In that 2026 review, John L came up with the design and John W brought it all to life. A 2022 customer, a first time homeowner, said Form remodeled their bathrooms and guided them through the process. That 2022 customer wrote that John helped with problems related to the age of the house, and helped long after work was completed. The Better Business Bureau lists the company as accredited, with an A+ grade. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0534870, as active, held by Form LTD.
