That 2022 customer said a downpour hit a short time after the guys had left, that Cheryl showed up before it stopped raining and said "We'll make this right", and that on the next business day a team resealed all the impacted areas. In 2021, a reviewer from Liberty Properties said someone came out to look at its parking lot job but never called back with the quote, despite repeated calls over a few months.

We recently needed to get our driveway resealed and got quotes from a few different businesses in the area. In the end, we decided to go with Frank E. Clynes, Inc due to pricing and the fact that they have an A+ rating with the BBB and boy am I glad I did. The photos below show my (large) driveway about 5 minutes after the guys had left and it looked amazing! Unfortunately, a short time later a storm cell developed in our area unexpectedly and we had a downpour for about 15-20 minutes. Before it even stopped raining, Cheryl showed up to assess and as we both stood in my yard watching a river of brown that was my recently resealed driveway float away her first comment was "We'll make this right". On the next business day, a team showed up and took care of resealing all the impacted areas and making it look great again. I was very impressed with the communication leading up to the work and even more impressed with the follow through on their promises. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
Our company, Liberty Properties, has attempted numerous times over the past few months to have our parking lot redone. We cannot get anyone to call us back. Yes, someone did come out 2 months ago to look at the job. But never called back with the quote. We have called and called and called. This is not a small job. Don't bother with this company. Terrible customer service.
