Shawn and Roger were amazing. Shawn came out on time for estimate and very honest and reasonable. Came up with terrific plan to fix chimney and install new large cap. Removed a section of bricks that was no longer needed and pointed were needed as well. Order came in quickly and Shawn scheduled us right away. Showed up on time and he a Roger worked very hard all day long in the 96+ degree temperature today. Excellent work and super clean afterward. He even made sure to use booties over shoes when he came in to check the flu, and filled in the corner of a step for me while here. I would hire him again in a heartbeat, and will be doing in the future for pointing.
Aside from being two of the nicest gentlemen we have ever met, Shawn and Roger are extreme professionals. We needed a chimney rebuild for our 1860 home. The quote was extremely affordable, they were promptly at our home each day, they worked diligently from 8-5 each day, their craftsmanship is exemplary, and upon leaving you could never tell they had been here, cleaned up spotlessly!! If there were a 100 star rating, I would give them 300, Full Spectrum Chimney Services is eh very best in their field, as a nervous and skeptical consumer I can say without hesitation, Shawn and Roger absolutely cannot be beat, don’t even bother wasting your time with anyone else. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you boys, well done!!
