On its BBB profile the company describes itself as specializing in hardwood flooring installation, refinishing, repair work, staining and restoration of historical hardwood floors. Inappropriate and unprofessional. I called this company's number listed on Google to inquire about their services. It sent me to voicemail for a person named Ron, and I didn't leave a voicemail. I quickly forgot about this call, and went back to work. Fast forward that same night, I get a random and inappropriate text from a person name Ron, asking me to come visit him. I told him he's got the wrong person and he proceeded to ask me if I am hot and left me a voicemail saying, "hi just seeing what you're up to". I responded with a mean joke (thinking this is all just a prank from a random jerk), which made him stop texting me. I DID NOT REALIZE UNTIL TODAY (two days later) when I continued my search for wood flooring services and called this company again, that the Ron behind this company is also the same Ron who was texting me inappropriately. I debated about adding this review because I'm sure Ron is not a creep at heart... but just proceed with caution when working with this company! His work looks great, but this encounter made me very uncomfortable.
Future Floor Surfacing did an amazing job bringing our dry, walked to death, bleached out, pet stained white oak floors back to life. It was more than worth the 6 days it took it Ron to rehab our floors. If you need your hardwood worked on or want new hardwoods installed we can't recommend Ron the owner of Future Floor Surfacing enough
We hired Ron Parrott to do our wood floor after other floor companies could not blend a new floor with and existing OLD floor. We called Ron on a Monday and he started 5 days later after finishing up the job he was on. This gentleman is not only meticulous, knowledgeable and hardworking; he's just a really nice guy. He started each morning at 7 am and didn't stop until late afternoon. He completed our new install of 450 sq. ft and also refinished the others totaling approximately 1400 sq. ft in under a weeks time. He did the work by himself, by hand in some spots and weaved the new floor in with the existing 50 year old floor. It looks absolutely amazing. We didn't need any money for labor upfront. He contacted his supplier, they delivered the flooring and we paid them directly. We couldn't be happier and I would recommend Future Floor Surfacing to anyone. I have pictures to post if anyone would like to see the before and after. Please, take this review as a true testament that Ron Parrot is a absolute professional and his work is beyond what we expected. You will not be disappointed. Thank you, Jean Pascucci
