Great experience! Someone came out to inspect the system identified the issues immediately. The next day they came back to finish fixing the system and replaced several broken sprinkler heads. Reasonably priced and demonstrated expertise in the irrigation space. Would hire again!

Replaced FABCO sprinkler control and 11 sprinkler heads, alone with splicing the water line in basement. Overall, a fairly good professional service - timely, efficient and good follow-up, but a somewhat pricey. However, there was a concern with the splicing. I felt that the small section that was removed was excessive, as the cut pipe had to be pulled in together into the coupler joint which caused undo stress on the rest of the line and joints. Also, I felt a little uncomfortable when requested to remove my connection with this provider on Angi's. By the way, this is an update to my prior review, as I was not paying attention and confused it with another provider.

1st job with winterization was great. Gerald was able to winterize my system in fall of 2023. He appeared knowledgeable and i indicated they will be my choice for future services including activating and repairing/optimizing the system in the spring 2024. Things went downhill from there. Initial original appointment was a no-show with no message or response. I had to reach out again for another appointment, to which he did show up and appear to re-initiate the system. It worked for 1 day before the system stopped. A review of the system showed that the connection from water supply to pump fell apart, likely due to bad connection. Gerald did come in to repair but a few days later the system stopped working again and the connection from the pump to water tank fell apart. They never came back out to fix afterwards and the system has been down for over 4 weeks during the entire month of July. Should have trusted my instincts when he was a no show for initial appointment and i also needed to educate him on the prime switch on my system. He seem clueless on how that operates. Big thumbs down!!

Company is not willing to work, do not hire them.
