Garage Door & More Company Inc. repairs, installs and sells garage doors and operators, and its BBB profile says it also handles storm doors, box truck and trailer roll-up doors, and ramp doors for cargo trailers and toy haulers. A recent Google customer with a very old opener that would not respond to the remote said the technician arrived at the scheduled time, quickly identified and corrected the problem, and serviced the unit, at a charge the customer called very reasonable. A recent customer who wanted a new opener wrote that Harry came out, explained the process, answered all their questions and gave a quote they found reasonable; Harry sent a heads-up that he was en route, and less than two hours later the new opener was installed. A recent customer said the sales rep and delivery people were helpful and informative. In 2018, a Thumbtack customer wrote that the company did what it said it was going to do. It holds 5 stars from 277 Google ratings and an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau.
The technician arrived at the scheduled time, examined my unit and, though my unit is very old, quickly indentified and corrected the problem that was causing the opener to be unresponsive to the remote. He also serviced the unit. The technician was professional, experienced and efficient and the charge was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.
the sales rep and delivery people were very helpful and informative. did a great job . thanks again.
This is my second review for Garage Door & More Company! We were ready to have a new garage door opener installed so I call the office to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Harry came out to our home. Explained the process. Answered all my questions and gave me what I thought was a very reasonable quote. We agreed on the price and he said he could do the install on Monday of the following week. Because of scheduling conflicts, I made the appointment for the next week. Harry gave me a heads up that he was en route and less than two hours later, we had a new opener installed and we love it! It’s quiet and smooth operating with all the latest functions. Harry and his company are our go to company for all things garage door related. I highly recommend them. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!!!
Would definitely use them again. Very satisfied with their work.
Surpassed my expectations! Always great when a contractor does what they say they are going to do! Definitely recommend based on my experience
