Chris was fantastic. He showed up on a Saturday 30 minutes after I called to make a future appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, returned on a Sunday morning and fixed the garage. I wish everyone was as responsive as Chris.
Unprofessional and unresponsive—currently taking legal action. I initially hired this company for a client in Westwood, and the experience went smoothly. Based on that, I hired him to replace a garage door opener motor for my uncle. My uncle wrote and mailed him a check back in May. Since receiving payment, he has repeatedly stalled with excuses like "I got tied up" or "I'm on vacation." When I asked him to simply return the check so we could hire someone else, he agreed and apologized—yet the exact same pattern continued. He constantly promises to drop off the refund "after work," but never follows through. Months have passed with zero work completed and no refund issued. I have full documentation, text records, and payment receipts to back this up, and I am now filing a claim in small claims court. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else.
Come get an estimate. And ask for deposit. And deposit made. Been cashed. But never arrived to get the job done. Call. Text. Never respond
