Throughout the entire process, they were incredibly kind, communicative, and reassuring. They made sure I knew what was happening and assured me everything would be okay. I truly felt like I was in great hands from start to finish. Their care and willingness to go the extra mile meant more to me than I can say. I had a minor emergency and literally stumbled onto Garneau Electric. The service was excellent / from the incredibly efficient receptionist/dispatcher (Beth) right through to the amazing technicians who arrived promptly, listened to my issue, diagnosed quickly and repaired the issue even more quickly. I can not say enough good things. From providing quick, same day service to putting on booties over their shoes without even being asked (they brought their own!) their attention to detail and high quality customer-centric service was one of the most pleasant surprises I have had in a long time !!!! I would not hesitate in recommending Garneau Electric to anyone !

We had a couple of different companies come out and provide an estimate for a kitchen remodel. We opted to go with Garneau Electric for all the lighting and outlet upgrades. Our first interaction was with Patrick who came out to do the estimate and we opted to shut down all estimates at this point due to the ease and professionalism of working with him. A huge plus was on installation day Patrick was the same person who came out to do the installation. I can't speak highly enough about him and his apprentice. The amount of pride they took in their work was appreciated. This is a company I highly recommend.
