Generator Pro is a New Hampshire generator company. A 2024 customer wrote that a Kohler 20KW propane standby generator installed a year earlier by a different company had never run well, and that Owen found the problem in less than two minutes: timing adjustment wires that should have been removed when converting from natural gas to propane. Owen pulled the wires, did the annual maintenance and started it up, that 2024 customer wrote. The company says it sells, installs and services portable, home standby and commercial generators, including preventive and emergency service. A recent customer wrote that the company found a gas leak and a problem with the meter and had it taken care of immediately, and that the installation went smoothly. A recent Google reviewer said the delivery matched exactly what was sold on a 14k standby generator and full electric panel replacement. A 2026 customer said the company came out after a major snow storm, ran a series of tests to find why the generator was no longer running, then removed the old generator and put in a new one, with the whole process from diagnostics to full install taking less than 2 weeks. A 2026 customer who brought in a DuraMax portable generator said the company worked out the unit was faulty, worked with DuraMax to get a replacement and refunded the evaluation fee. A 2025 customer said the day after a Kohler whole-house generator was installed, a fallen tree cut the power for 3.5 hours and the system started up and worked. A 2025 buyer of a Kohler 20RCA wrote that the price was thousands less than another estimate. A 2024 customer said Doug and his crew cleaned up a partial whole-house generator installation that a different dealer had started; that 2024 customer said the job had become a nightmare lasting almost a year.
