Exceptional crew and professional efficient and very tidy ! I would highly reccomend this company to anyone. Thank you for having the wisdom for hiring such an incredible crew.
We chose Generator Supercenter of NH to install a Generac Home Standby Generator and we are VERY happy with that decision. The whole process, from estimate to installation to monthly monitoring has been very easy to navigate with the company. All their employees, from salesperson to installation crew have been a joy to work with. They worked hand in hand with our energy provider to coordinate installing propane tanks and the generator has performed flawlessly since it was installed. I highly recommend Generator Supercenter of NH for a home standby generator solution.
These people. This company in NH, everyone i ever interacted with at all stages, they were like family. They treated me like good family would. I cannot say enough good things. I just wish that Generac allowed these guys to still serviced people in MA. Recently I had a problem. And I needed help. The sweet lady here who answered the phones, she listened to me blah blah blah about my problems. I know I wasn’t being sweet. But she was. After I stopped ranting, she told me she would help, her team would help. She understood my frustration. Ok cool. A few hours later this sweet woman called and told me that her management team took out their weapons and fought for me. Apparently they solve my problem in its entirety. No one else helped. They helped. They don’t even service my home anymore. They make $0.00 from me every month right now. But they fought for me anyways. Are you listening? Name one contracting company out there that you can call and say- “hey, remember me from seven years ago? I have a problem and I need your help. “ and then they helped for free? Yea- no one does that. If you live in NH and you need these services, Just go here. Do not shop around. Why? So today you can save $50? What about in 7 years.. will someone else take the time from their lives to help you save $1,000? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ten stars.
Everyone that I dealt with at Generator Supercenter of New Hampshire was a pleasure to deal with. From Casey, who came out to do the estimate,to the installation team. All very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Hoping I won't need the generator too often, but at ease knowing that if I do, all of the work will be done by Generac to keep my house powered up.
I thought it must be too good to be true - nearly EVERY review online was 5 stars. I called on a Wednesday and talked immediately to a real person. Casey, their sales person was at my home about 36 hours later. Given that we were in a newly constructed home and were planning for a generator installation, we had taken some preparatory steps - propane was already run and transfer switch installed. This brought the proposed cost of installation down a little. I had done some shopping and knew what a reasonable quote would be and GSNH was right in line. I signed on the spot and gave a deposit (earning an additional discount) for the installation of an 18KW whole house propane generator. They handled EVERYTHING, and incredibly fast. Shannon their Project Manager reached out to confirm on Friday that they would have the local permits needed and could be onsite the following Tuesday to complete the install. The team showed up on time (about 9:30 am) and the installation was complete by 11:00. The foreman returned at 12:30 to meet and review with the local building inspector and the seal of approval was affixed to the unit without a single question or concern. So from first call to final installation, with EVERY DETAIL HANDLED BY GSNH, in one week! These people are truly experts at what they do, because this is the only thing they do and because they are one of the largest Generac installers in the country. I signed up for their monitoring and maintenance services as well and have every expectation that ANY question will be handled quickly and professionally. A very satisfied customer!
