In a 2020 review, a customer who had just bought a first home in Norwalk said the yard was completely overgrown; Nery came over, walked them through what needed to be done and was on site the very next morning. A 2020 customer whose lawn mower broke, with company coming over, said Nerry's crew got the mowing done within hours of the call on a busy Saturday at a reasonable price. A 2020 customer who reached out on a Monday with a nor'easter predicted for Thursday said the estimate was reasonable and the sidewalk and driveway were done. A 2020 customer whose snowplow man of 15 years was retiring interviewed Nery about a long easement shared with two other houses, and called the snowplowing for that winter's single storm prompt, complete and fairly priced.
