Five buildings, 15,000 brick each, finished a month before the deadline: that is how a March 2019 Thumbtack customer described the job Genesis Masonry Contracting took on after the customer's own project ran short of manpower. The same 2019 customer said they paid a little more than they wanted, partly because they reached Genesis late and it had to pull from other projects, but called the work "well worth it" and said they were getting ready to work with Genesis again. Genesis did a brick walkway for a September 2019 Thumbtack customer, who praised its attention to detail, responsiveness and professionalism. In a 2015 review, a customer said Eddie "knew what he was doing and it shows in the work" and wrote that they had recommended him to neighbors "who also have been hit hard by the winter." Genesis did an outstanding job on our brick walkway. The attention to detail, degree of responsiveness and professionalism were outstanding!
We had a project that we started and we did not have the man power to complete on our own . We reached out to Genesis and they were able to help us out right away. They finished five buildings with 15,000 brick each a month before our deadline. The professionalism and courtesy they showed was incredible, the quality of the work was near perfection and they took safety more seriously than anyone I'd ever worked with before. We paid a little more than we wanted, and that was in part due to the fact that we contacted them kind of late in the game where they had to pull from other projects, but given the quality of their work, it was well worth it. We are getting ready to work with them again on another project.
Eddie knew what he was doing and it shows in the work. He is also a really nice guy. I have recommended him to my neighbors who also have been hit hard by the winter. If I ever need a Mason again, I would once again hire Eddie.
